I moved to the Chicago area - Naperville to be exact in 1978 but no matter how far from home I have roamed my thoughts, chocolate and Easter craving always return home at this time of year.
Only one candy store owns my heart!
This candy store doesn't reside in Philadelphia but instead close to my home town in Western PA. Everyone who knows me will know to stop and buy me a pound of Croquettes if they are in the vacinity. But at Eastertime I crave the chocolate bunnies and the 1 lb Easter eggs.
Today I looked and they have a website. No more cravings or waiting for friends to bring me my favorites. I'm ordering online. Glad the grandkids don't read my blog or they will know what they will be getting, that is after I open the box and take out my treats first. The internet has put my candy store in my hometown.
